REQUIREMENTS
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Georgia Real Estate License or South Carolina license
• This is a 1099 independent contractor role with potential to turn W2
• Calm and strategic under pressure—excellent problem solver
• Able to anticipate risks, manage timelines, and think proactively
• Highly organized and process-driven; thrives with structured workflows
• Strong communication skills and a client-service mindset
• Proficient in Dotloop, Docusign, KWCommand, and similar platforms
• Confident attending events and building relationships with clients and agents
• A collaborative team player with strong time management and prioritization skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Transaction Coordination: Manage contract-to-close process, track deadlines, and ensure compliance
• Listing Coordination: Input listings, gather documentation, communicate with sellers, and prepare marketing materials
• Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify and resolve potential issues early to keep deals on track
