In 2016, Legacy Leverage was born out of both need and high standards. At the time, we were searching for Virtual Assistant companies to support our agents, yet none could meet the high standards of excellence we knew our agents deserved. With a passion for excellence, instead of lowering the bar, we chose to raise it—by creating our own solution designed specifically for the unique needs of Legacy agents.
 

What started as a response to a gap in the market quickly evolved into a company with a clear purpose: to give our agents the leverage, systems, and support required to focus on what matters most—growth, relationships, and results. Today, Legacy Leverage is more than just administrative or marketing assistance; it’s a trusted partner in building businesses and fueling the entrepreneurial spirit of every Legacy agent we serve.

Kimberly Sheridan keeps listings and contracts moving. A transaction coordinator with 20+ years in real estate, she brings calm communication and buttoned-up systems to every file. At Legacy Leverage, she’s a driving force behind the way we streamline work for Keller Williams agents—freeing them to focus on clients while we keep timelines on track.

CO-FOUNDER & PARTNER

Loredana Ghete is a values-driven leader, entrepreneur, and investor who puts people before profits. A co-founder of Legacy Leverage and a MAPS Coach, she equips agents and leaders with clear plans, accountability, and opportunities to grow. Her focus: build businesses, develop leaders, and inspire
empire builders—locally
and around the world.

Trish Carr brings clarity and care to every file. With 10+ years in real estate and a Business Management degree from Kennesaw State, she partners with top Keller Williams teams to align dates, documents, and people. Her aim is simple: you focus on clients while she manages details and momentum all the way to closing.

Melba Franklin is a co-founder and partner at Legacy Leverage and the Managing Broker with Legacy at Keller Williams. A REALTOR® Emeritus with 40+ years in real estate, she pairs steady leadership with simple systems—helping Keller Williams agents move from listing to close with clarity, accountability, and calm.

For Kim King, real estate support is more than paperwork—it’s partnership. With over a decade of industry experience, she brings calm, clarity, and efficiency to every transaction. Based in Richmond Hill, Kim helps Keller Williams agents across Coastal Savannah stay focused on clients while she handles the details that keep business moving smoothly.

MARKETING & DESIGN

Mariella Warncke is Legacy Leverage’s Marketing & Design Coordinator. With 11+ years in design and a B.A. in Graphic Design from Plymouth State, she turns agent goals into ready-to-use logos, templates, and listing materials for Keller Williams agents—keeping brands consistent and client-ready across every touchpoint.
