For transaction coordination services, payment is handled at closing through Command under your commission tab. You do not need to write us a separate check, and if a contract terminates before closing, you are not charged.

Yes. You’ll have a dedicated go-to coordinator who gets familiar with your preferences, workflow, and processes. We believe consistency creates a smoother experience for both agents and clients.

Once you’re under contract, simply send us a copy of the contract or CC us on the email thread with the other agent and your clients. From there, we help coordinate timelines, communication, paperwork, and closing details so you don’t have to manage every moving piece yourself.

You can send us whichever photos you think would work best, and we can find one to photoshop so that it's the perfect quality for your mailer.
