Yes — for mailer options that include envelopes, such as Event Invitations and Keepsake Mailers, we professionally design the envelope artwork for you as part of the overall mailer presentation.
Your envelope design may include your Market Center logo, personal logo, and coordinated artwork that matches that month’s marketing theme to create a polished, cohesive presentation from the moment it arrives in the mailbox.
You will receive a proof of both the envelope artwork and the mailer itself for review and approval before anything is sent to print.
Yes, absolutely.
Many agents choose to send different messaging to different audiences. For example, you may want a relationship-focused piece for your past clients and sphere, while sending more market-focused or lead-generation messaging to your farm area.
We can help you differentiate the messaging, strategy, and design between the two audiences while keeping your branding consistent across both.
You’re welcome to customize the wording and messaging to better fit your audience, voice, or market.
If you’d like more extensive changes — such as modifying the overall layout, changing major design elements, or swapping out imagery — that would fall under a custom design request and would incur a custom design fee of $75/hour with a $75 minimum.
Yes. Custom mailer designs outside of our monthly pre-made options are available at a rate of $75/hour with a $75 minimum.
Yes — absolutely.
Once you are enrolled in the program and your mailer artwork is ready, we will email you a digital proof for review and approval before anything is sent to print. After you approve the artwork and submit payment for printing/postage, your mailers will move into production and then be handed over to USPS for delivery.
While we do not provide physical proofs for each monthly mailer, we are happy to send physical samples of our mailer cardstock quality prior to signup if you would like to see and feel the materials beforehand.
We also recommend adding yourself to your mailing list so you can receive a copy of your mailers each month and see exactly what your audience is receiving.
Absolutely. You can upload updated mailing lists as needed based on your farming strategy, new leads, past clients, or target neighborhoods.
To avoid production delays, updated lists should be submitted before the monthly cutoff date.
Printing, postage, and delivery costs are billed separately and vary depending on the mailer type, mailing quantity, and postage rates.

Yes. While many of our current clients are based in the Southeast, we can coordinate mailers for agents across the United States.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, because the program is structured as an annual commitment with reserved design and production scheduling, refunds are not provided for the remaining portion of the year after cancellation.
